Scope of the Papers

As the name suggests, the BalkanCom is held annually in a country of the Balkan Peninsula. The goal of the conference is to bring together researchers in academia, research labs and industry from all over the world to this historical region. The conference addresses the important challenges in the evolving world of Communications and Networking, while at the same time bolstering the potential and talent that is found in this exciting and dynamic region. The first edition of the conference was held in Tirana, Albania (2017), the second in Podgorica, Montenegro (2018) and the third in Skopje, North Macedonia (2019).

The fourth edition of BalkanCom will take place on September 20-22, 2021 in Novi Sad, Serbia. The theme of the conference, "Wireless Future in the New Decade", is fitting not only for the Balkan Peninsula, but globally, heralding a new decade of innovation and groundbreaking progress in the ICT domain. BalkanCom 2021 continues the best tradition of scientific conferences of being completely not for profit.
