Conference Registration
Registration for BalkanCom 2022 is now open.
Discounted early registration is available until July 31, 2022. After this deadline, registrations will be accepted at the late registration rate.
Registration is required for all participants of BalkanCom 2022.
One AUTHOR registration is needed to register up to 2 papers and should be performed before the deadline for camera-ready papers August 01, 2022.
All papers (main, special session) require Author registration to be included in the program and proceedings.
If you would like to register with the IEEE member rate, please add your IEEE membership information to your EDAS profile. Then, the IEEE member rates will appear on the registration page.
Early Registration (Before July 31)
- Author Registration: 200 EUR
- Author Registration (IEEE Member): 180 EUR
- Student Registration: 50 EUR
Late/On-site Registration (After July 31)
- Author Registration: 350 EUR
- Author Registration (IEEE Member): 300 EUR

Author/Student Conference Registration includes one copy of the proceedings, admittance to all paper sessions at BalkanCom 2022, refreshment breaks, lunch, one ticket to the Conference Banquet, and one ticket to the Conference Reception.
Terms and Conditions
BalkanCom 2022 continues the best tradition of scientific conferences of being completely and totally not for profit. Like the best conferences of this genre, it is in fact the first one to target the region of the Balkans with the sole objective of enhancing the potential of the scientific communities in the Balkan countries to get involved in research on a global scale. The conference is totally self-supported and any surplus that might occur will fund and support future editions of this conference.
All payments are processed through EDAS, and the BalkanCom 2022 organization committee has no liability whatsoever. Student registration rates are available to full-time students only.
Pre-registered attendees can collect their conference materials during each day of the conference, starting 30 minutes in advance of the conference hours. On-site registration will be possible during the same periods.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing to ilir.capuni@gmail.com and received no later than July 30. Student rates are non refundable. Requests received byJuly 30 will receive a full refund less a 50 EUR processing fee. For those who pay by credit card, refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of the refunds may take over 30 days. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after July 30. Extras (Banquet Tickets, Welcome Reception Tickets, and USB proceedings) are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card is the suggested method for the registration fee.
- If the attendees wish to pay by Paypal, they agree to pay the associated fees

Early Registration
Early registrations without real payment actions will be canceled. Attendees have to go through the online process again, and will not be considered as early registration.
