Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers that are not under review in any other conference or journal. Submissions must be in PDF format and adhere to the IEEE double-column format. All submissions will be handled electronically via the EDAS conference submission platform.

Key points for paper submission:

  • Manuscripts must not exceed 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references, following the IEEE double-column format.
  • Submissions must be in PDF format.
  • Ensure that your paper complies with the IEEE Plagiarism Policy. Papers found to contain significant plagiarism will be rejected outright.
  • Use the IEEE template for your manuscript, available here.

Please observe the submission deadlines strictly. Late submissions will not be considered.

Review outcome categories:

  • Accept as is: The paper will be accepted without changes.
  • Accept with Revisions: The paper will be accepted after changes have been made.
  • Reject: The paper will not be accepted for the conference.

Authors will receive review comments and are required to address these comments in their final submissions if accepted.
